Set on a 30×40 east-facing site, this residence is an exploration in minimalist living—where space, light, and craft come together with quiet elegance.

The design begins at the stilt level, accommodating car parking along with a self-sufficient 1BHK unit for domestic help. Rising above, the ground, first, and second floors unfold as the primary home, built around principles of open planning and natural ventilation.

At its heart, the pooja room becomes a luminous anchor—marked by an onyx marble inlay, enriched with wall cladding, and crowned by a skylight that bathes the space in light. The kitchen, too, is designed for openness, featuring peep windows that connect spaces and a skylight above, ensuring brightness and ease in everyday life.

Craft details extend into the staircase, with non- ornamental wooden railings adding warmth and character. The bathrooms follow the home’s minimal design language—elevated through the thoughtful use of granite as a highlighter for subtle elegance.
